Home of long time MSCA driver and champion, who has built everything from hot modified stock cars to dune buggies.  The son and younger family are into motocross riding. This is a totally automotive oriented family and the Dad manufactured custom parts, even into his retirement years.  The garage is full of machined parts and parts for making parts! We have parts we don't even know what they are! Perfect picking grounds for car and bike builders!  The garage is full of everything from tiny springs to steering and piston parts ….from power tools to household repair.  It's currently a work in progress!

Mom was an avid quilter…with a very large sewing room full of supplies, fabrics and craft products, kniting and scrapbooking.  Large folding quilting/cutting table, Kenmore sewing machine and a large organized collection of quilters magazines that go back for years.

Office area has computers, copy machines, small electronics and supplies.

 

There are two flat screen TV’s and components, a super great, almost new, sofa and loveseat set in rich tapestry fabric and brown leather, matching granite topped coffee table, 3 large and very nice bedroom dressers.  Three large comfy recliners, 4 beds, various tables, desks and lamps.

 

Kitchen goods and excellent appliances, some from Viking, dishes, glass, lots of linens and bedding, and tables of Christmas decorations.  Some patio furniture.

A few sports collectables, including an original WHEATIES BOX.

Large sized gentlemen’s clothes, pants, tees and some racing shirts, caps and jackets.  Ferrari shirts.  Larger ladies sizes too at XL to 2X, many still have tags on them.  Our lady loved to shop online!  Some great comfort shoes from Prophet and Cobbie Cuddlers….most new or like new, several new in boxes.  There will be a jewelry table also.  

There are new or almost new shirts and tees for both junior boys and girls in the grandkids closet, surf tanks, plaid shirts, hoodies and tees. Many with tags….Hurley, Vans, Harley, Afliction, Quicksilver, Fox.

We have 2 new unique  COACH BAGS AND A BEAUTIFUL, NEW, LARGE NATURAL LEATHER HANDBAG FROM FERRARI.
